Its definitely after sniping because I stopped botting at lvl 20 before I started manually sniping. I don't know if Niantic can detect if you jump around the world sniping, but I think they can because I only snipe like 10 times a day before I was banned.

Well, at the end, you also don't know anything right. Unless you working for niantic now.

I don't think it is because other accounts that I have at 20 but didn't use to snipe are still ok.

Check your config. Don't be too greedy and set a lot type of pokemon to catch. Limit yourself to 2 or 3 type, or even only 1 for pokemon that pops often on list.
Better use manual sniping in my opinion, by clicking the link on website/feeder.

I get this error after running for a while:

Please confirm that the PokemonGo servers are online before using PokeSniper2.
If the servers are up, just try again.

Can this be fixed?

Run PokeSniper2.exe
PokeSniper2 will ask for the information it needs to snipe Pokemon. Tell it to catch * or Missingno to catch all Pokemon it can find.
If you use PokeSniper2 frequently, edit the included user.xml to quickly load your info.
For the best chance to not be found cheating, edit device.xml with information from your actual device you use with the PokemonGo App.

• Automatic: Run autosniper.bat to have PokeSniper2 automatically catch all Pokemon listed on PokeSnipers.
• Command Line: Run PokeSniper2.exe Pokemon Latitude Longitude (Use spaces) to have it read from the user.xml, catch the Pokemon and exit.
• Link: Run registerurl.bat, and then you can click on pokesniper2:// links to instantly open PokeSniper2 and catch the Pokemon given in the link.

You are likely API limited. There is no program fault in PokeSniper2, or fake data on PokeSnipers. The PokemonGo server just responded with an empty map.

It seem PokeSniper2 always create an excellent throw + curve ball when catch a pokemon.
I know excellent throw + curve ball will create the best catch chance but this will also make the level up too fast.
Do you plan to support user change throw type between "Normal", "Nice", "Great" and "Excellent"?
