Added custom delay, preemtive ignore checking, Pokemon hidden check

There is now
<Delay>10000</Delay>
<CheckPokemon>true</CheckPokemon>
in user.xml.

You can set Delay to the time (ms) you want to wait between each map request.
You can set CheckPokemon to false to ignore a pokemon right away if it's not on the catch list without checking it for stats.

Keep in mind that the higher the delay, the less likely you run into an API rate limit, but you are more likely to miss Pokemon because they despawned in the meantime.

This version still searching pokemon not in the list.
