yes its working. its not 1OO% you can catch a pokemon. its main purpose is to catch a pokemon far away from your place. hence the name " pokesniper "

at some point you will be banned.

Yes, it is bannable, my account got banned because of using it, but those are the risks when using third-party software or app.

for showing off? or experiencing it? if you plan on taking this game seriously. you shouldnt use any form of " Thrid Party Programs ". If you're lucky though not sure. maybe your account wont get suspended or banned.

im not sure. havent heard anyone that successfully used PokeSniper without resulting in a ban. poke-sniping is like jumping locations. and jumping locations or location spoofing results in a ban.

Okay then there is no reason of using it.. i thought it could be useful because it teleport you in 0.001 sec (or something like that) find the pokemon and then teleport back so that the server think u catch the pokemon where you actually are.
