or here: http://pokesniper.boosting-service.de/
...
and also if I use this tool before any catch: Quickspin to solve Softban

I can never catch any Pokemon.

Wether i get the message: Pokemon flee
or
Couldn't find any Pokemon (or something like that)

Your standing spot must be unbanned and copy that into your user.xml. user file coordinates have to be unbanned before try to snipe some pokemons.

You have to unban your coordinates in user file then you can catch. Try the QuickSpin tool to unban your coordinates first, then copy it into your user file.

My standings are exactly the same. Still getting same error, guess sniper is down.

Yes, I think so. You have to unban that spot first.
