I have found that the & (ampersand) character breaks this and you get the error "Could not load settings. user.xml either missing or malformed". To fix this if you have an ampersand in your username or password replace it with

&amp;

I figured that out from reading this site c# - The "&" character breaks passwords that are stored in the web.config - Stack Overflow

I JUST downloaded this to try it out and I ran into a problem instantly (or I'm just doing it wrong).
I typed in everything like I should the first few minutes and catched pretty much everything. Since I'm on a new account I lvled up like 3 lvls super fast and now I can't seem to capture anything. They keep getting away, the last 20 pokémons has fled.
Any ideas? Are the pokémons too high CP or something?

I can re-edit the code to let it work again,but don't want to do this until the creator tell me that i can.

Well dude, y u not just upload it. As long as u put the creator name on the credit, i think it will not be a problem.
