Location for Chansey?

Hello there my pokedex is almost complete, missing Chansey, Muk and Lapras, anyone spotted em and if so would you mind sharing a possible location ? and btw Does Articuno, Moltress and Zaptos available yet ? heard nothing about sighting em or catching. appriaciate quick response , thanks in advance!!!

Ditto isnt in atm.

Chansey and Muk are most of the time in San Francisco -> Santa Monica .. use www.pokevision.com for them.
Lapras is switching arround with only 10 minutes .. use this: PokeSnipers and use the tool pokesniper from Neer

Thanks ill try there, ive tested the snipe thing but didnt work, could only add latitude :/ might give it another try !!

I find Chansey pretty often near my home, Charleston SC. Muk and Lapras I got from eggs.
