Feels like this bot is getting slower and slower. When I started using it all bots would easily get 100-120k/hour. Now (3 days later) they get 40-60k with no settings changed :/

You need to take in account of your character's level. The reason the bot gets slower is because your capture rate is also decreased when you level up. When you start at level one you have 100% capture rate, but as you get higher around 20s, you start to feel the effects of diminishing returns. Your average capture rate plummets to 30-40% and the chances pokemon flees is higher, which is about 250xp (Curveball + excellent) per catch every few seconds. Your only reliable XP source is from Pokestops which nets you 50XP every stop ever few minutes.
