Because you don't get Lucky Eggs until level 9? I also think the default config doesn't use Lucky Eggs.

I tried to test this and the bot logged in successfully, but keeps spamming "Updating inventory at .."

Where is the login & GPS coordinate file?
I only see the files in UserSettings but none of those correspond to google login / GPS

with false its evolving my list only (pidgey weedle caterpie zubat rattata) and low exp. i think everyone evolving all pokemons
