Whatever feels right for you, if anything. The default settings for items should be good. You're probably keeping too many things.

I haven't used this bot was just browsing. When it tells you that you are softbanned have you checked to see if you were actually softbanned? So of the programs such as pokesniper for example when the pokemon flees on like first try it says your soft ban when you actually aren't. So if it says your softbanned again try opening like nox or something and see if it actually has gotten you soft ban.

I got it working. But now it doesnt trasfer the shitty pokemons hmm?

go to configs folder and delete everything inside lastcoords.txt
u have to clear your previous coords before move to a new one

1) when u got softban, do this to unban urself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b28dLnGmJXo
2)if u are switching between account that are both from different region, always delete LastCoords.txt file in config folder.
3) fastest levelling up, most pokemons,most pokestops, most rare pokemons ----> Santa Monica 34,0158392312158:-118,496159766514
4)best settings are 50 speed, 5000 radius, auto transfer,max duplicate pokemon 2
