No high IV starters ?

Hi, I'd like to know if anyone found starter Pokémons with an IV above 75%, because after 24h farming charmanders, I couldn't get better than 75%, while other high IV Pokémons come fast.

Yeah, I have a Squirtle in one of my accounts that I evolved to Wartortle that has about 86%.
And starters are from special rarity, you are going to need a couple more days of constant farming to found a high IVs one, it's normal, you need luck and play a lot.
