This is so that your bag doesnt get full and that you end up with 0 balls to use for pokemons and like 350 potions...
You can edit this in one of the files though.. i believe its the settings.cs

Then you either dont have a higher CP pokemon of that kind, or the IV of that pokemon is above 85% and he doesnt transfer them because of that

Download nox and just stand there yourself, you dont use a bot for standing still.
