Why I can't catch Dratini in Lylidale Lake by using Auto ?

Maybe you got a soft-ban.

the bot doesnt pick up dratinis at lillydale.. already tried it.. very rarely.. and theres barely any poke stops around to farm it.. so you constnatly farm same one.. sucks...

Probably because most bots used the rocket api-'s console which had a code bug that only catches pokemon if pokestops are nearby.
