We're all getting this, I imagine it's because the pokemon go servers are down across the world, only a few poeple are still able to login.

It's a problem with the server, it'll be resolved when everything's up.

bot it broken? ive been using it for days but now when I start the bot and it opens the google/device for me the bot is crashing and the program window is closed

After opening the browser to "log in via google" my command prompt closes itself.

for new google account not work, but for old account and u have GoogleRefreshToken still working.

copy and paste u GoogleRefreshToken to new version.
