i changed it.. by setting up the bot.. but i have the problem as well... so the StartupWelcomeDelay cant be the problem or is it?

Why the bot still catch zubat? I have made zubat to not catch..

And about the pokemon snipe feature, if the pokestops location is too far away with our starting position, will it be softbanned?

no i wont do that. reason? u run 30min around.. then u restet the bot.. u get portet back to another location..^^ i think its not human like... im wrong maybe?

You can make AutoIt script that scan title of bot window. If window title hangs for more than hour (or something like that) then restart bot. It is just another workaround, but more human-like. Bot never hangs exactly at 30m.
