Go to NecroBot-master\NecroBot-master\PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console\bin\Debug\Configs and edit the ConfigItemsList.ini to what you want deleted.
im confused because i ported the same settings from the old bot which i ran for 2 days without any problems. i upgraded to the new bot and its not getting rid of things. i manually delete and then it fills back up without deleting. ive tried default settings and my old settings.. the bot doesnt seem to working.

Are you running with GPX pathing ?

Have the SAME issue. Im level 30. It seems when it runs out the script breaks since it seems it runs in a cycle and needs to catch pokemon before restocking pokeballs, but i have no pokeballs to catch anything =/

it seems to be just catching pokemon, only visted 1 pokestop in the past 5 minutes and I know my route has over 30+ that I set with gpx....

Well had the same problem, but i was running GPX route all over the place, so i did a more precise path, and looked up stops beforehand, so i passed closer to the pokestops, that did the trick for me.

I guess you can try to tweak the time in between the bot catches pokemons ?
I think "DelayBetweenPokemonCatch 5000" is the original settings, so maybe try to play around with that.
