This seems weird. Are you 100% certain you verified the coordinates in Nox by pressing "Ok" in the map before starting Pokémon Go? I've never had this happen myself.

about adding new folder u need to press right mouse button on PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console then find add and add new folder, if u dont have in bot folder configs folder because u have moved it, it should now create it without problem

I just did what u said. I listed some pokemons but whenever it starts, it does nothing on console ( about evolving ) and i used a lucky egg on Nox before doing this.

So i just have to drag configs out of bot folder and create a new one in visual studio and drag the pokemontokeep from the old folder to the new folder?

Yes im 100% sure (100%) i verified my Coord in Nox with Ok
