what you guys put as Min CP at this level range? 1000? all my pokemon will then be gone

it keeps anything thats good, i have like 15 1700+ vaporeons with trnasfer duplicates and no cp min and it won't transfer them, its smarter then it looks

I have ran the bot for 2 days now and noticed it doesnt pick up any Eggs from pokestops. Anyone else noticed this ?

can i set somehow to evolve only specific pokemons? like rattata and the bird one, forgot name in englisch.. the common ones

because i have already 400 candie for evolving 32x the bird one but it transfers the duplicates so i always have only one in my inventory

I have the same problem, hundreds and hundreds of candy and only sporadic evolutions. (only on startup I believe?)

You walk an avrage 9.0 km/h(retard unit: 5.6 mph) give or take a few km/h, i set it to 14 km/h and the bot is a bit faster to each pokestop then i am, but i run it for like 4-5 houers a day, then i take a break for 8 houers, then im on again Dont want to get banned asap.

What did you set for

MaxTravelDistanceInMeters

I can only imagine it's too high and you bounced back to your starting coordinate over a huge distance, hence the softban.
