Haven't been softbanned recently but 3 hours usually does the trick for me.

it can be anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours, i have never been soft banned for more than 30 mins

how can i specify which pokemon the bot evovles?
I've 250 pidgey candys but the bot started to evolve Pidgeotto for 50 each ...

Any ideas?
