You can change the number in the skip line from 1 to whatever you want and I reckon it'd work. Or take the pokemon you want left alone off the kill list.

1: sir, cp is all that matters.
2: use the cp threshhold option? idk man idk jack shit.
Well maybe you are right, even though i wouldnt mind bot-grinding some to get my 249 CP Shellder with 13/15/12 IVs, its almost 89% perfect. Right now this is my best pokemon (IV wise) and it just serves as an example but i guess you are right and i'm nerding too much about this IV thing. CP Threshold might be an option in this case but if it were a pidgey i was literally stuck to transfer them the old way...well i gues thats what i need to do with my higher IVs, just get them out of the transfer list. I don't know either maybe someone can come up with a clever code to have the better of both worlds CP and IV aha. Thanks for the reply btw

CP is subsequent compared to move sets, you can boost any pokemon to around the same CP but you can't change your move sets. A 2500 dragonite with garbage move sets is worthless.
For example a snorlax without lick, completely useless.

Got from level 5 to level 20 in a day or two.

I'm getting XP at a solid rate, but I have my coords set to a spot near my house where there are 4 pokestops right next to each other and everyone chains lures on all 4 about 18 hours a day. PM me if you want the coords. Water/Grass types with some growlithes and magnemites/voltorbs.

For Magikarp ignored & other problems catching good pokemons,
Try enabling my mod that shows GPS location of caught pokemons (Necronomicon's Version of FeroxRev's Bot).
In my case the problem is that the bot runs off and leaves the designated area right of the bat, and stays in an area with mediocre pokemons.
For example I set the location to Central Park, but the bot always leave Central Park right away and just farm in the streets surrounding it.
I think it's a problem with the logic of the program, the bot never goes back to the first few pokestops identified early on.
EDIT: I checked, and the bot is visiting 145 Pokestops! No wonder it moves so far away! I think less Pokestops would be better, since the Pokestops immediately around the area of interest are likely to yield higher quality pokemons.

Also, moves affect CP. A Gyarados with Twister as a special compared to one of the longer charge specials will show more CP but actually not be as good in gym battles - from my experience at least from testing mine.

If your bot doesn't crash, any location with 4 or more Pokestops is sufficient.
This thread has a list of 4 or more Pokestop locations.

Take note though by a day or two I meant literally running the bot for dozens of hours.

Is anyone noticing that pokemon appear to get away if you try to catch too many too fast? Like a mini softban that lasts a few minutes. For instance, if the lures on pokestops all spawn pokemon at the same time and the bot tries to capture 4 in 20 seconds, they all get away and you start getting 0xp from pokestops but if it's one every so often they are typically captured.
