Just did a fresh install and made sure to have everything set up the correct way.But this keeps showing. Any ideas?

sadly, i still get the same error. i deactivated everythinf, firewall, antivir, and i did exposed host in the router settings, which disables every security measure there. still cant get it to work, he loads to 100%, then crashes
