The Dratini spawns are slow. It's not a nest, but there are 4 and 3 stops within range too.

yes they are all around the lake, it's not good enough to just stand on a lure. if you walk around you will bump into them constantly.

I'm doing a filtered search for all three and having done the search 30-40 times over the last day, I've found ONE Dragonite in Los Angeles and neither of the other two. I don't think you're going to get GPS coords for it unless it's in real time and one just spawned.
