Is it me or did Central Park experienced a huge drop in Pokemon quality?

I used to get Psyducks, Magikarps, Eevees & Exeggcutes all the time with a few Sandshrew & Ghastly, now I barely get anything beside Doduo & Pincer.

That lake I need to try, but Im using my phone to set location. Anybody know of an android app that lets you simulate walking.

For the map in San Francisco, for Bulbasaur... not very much But for the charmander in Milan i can confirm that you WILL get a charizard in 2 hours or maybe less.. Avg 8-11 Charmanders per spawn.
