Completely rebuilt the plugin! Now supports animated icons to visualize entity health, allows Sanctum traps to change colors based on their state, and includes an improved color picker

Yeah i only realized he's moving to a paid model after i just rebuilt this plugin, oh well it is what it is, i am going to go play something else.
