Sounds dumb/obvious but for the people that can't get it to work... make sure you choose the POE2 process in cheat engine first. Works for me.

Can someone help me setup limited mode to prevent possible ban?

I'm having trouble setting this up, i created a new USER on windows, I go into the steam/common folders and find Pathofexile2 folder, i created a shortcut of the POE.x64
I right click and go into properties and change the target to
C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:NEWUSERNAME\user /savecred "D:\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe"
and nothing happens besides a cmd window asking for a password?
I click enter and nothing happpens besides window closing.
i Also changed the location to my poe2 folder in the "D:\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe" part of the command

Haven't play POE since 2016 after my banning and now POE2 is out and would like to prevent a ban.

Honestly this is so needlessly complex.

step 1) create a folder where you put all your unethical stuff in. gamehelper, CE, whatever else.
step 2) limit usage to your admin user only
step 3) in your PC , log into your other account to make sure it's actually logged in to your computer
step 4) right click on any Steam shortcut and Run As Different User, fill out your other user details and now entire Steam and any games you play will be under the limited account.

Changing targets in properties and whatever else seems just annoying. Only reason you wouldn't want to use my method if you played other games on Steam aside from PoE, but you can always just close Steam and run it as admin after you're done with PoE.

btw folks exileapi for poe2 (by the same trusted person who is maintaining this software in POE1 for a very long time) is out (currently its paid only).
