Explain what happened: Found him him on ownedcore forums, added him to skype and asked him if he can sell me legendary weapon "bolt" in a guild wars 2. He said he can do that in 24 hours and asked me to pay to him so i payed. Next day he was online on skype and he told me to wait 5+ hours more for him to finish "karma farming or w/e". 4 hours later he suddenly loged off skype without saying a single word. It's been 48 hours and he still offline on skype/in game and i got no legendary.

Alright this guy responded today on skype saying he had a problems with his internet and that he still need more time to finish what he promised. I will wait few more hours to see how it goes.

LOL! you agreed to wait and finish the 300k karma. and i told you i don't have stable connection. you waited 72 hours but you disputed in 28 hours. and you want me to continue the karma farming then craft the bolt then send it to you while you disputed your payment? do you think im stupid? then what? runaway with the bolt?

you sent payment as gift and claim it as an unauthorized payment. you know about this because paypal do not check IP address also they always favor senders when it comes to gift because senders pay the taxes.

you deleted me in skype and ignored my messages.
