I can confirm what Casper14 said is NOT correct.

When we ban a scammer, we usually close their threads as an additional layer of security to show people that they should not trade with that person. The reason we keep threads up is because we want it to be visible for other members too in case they want to post a dispute thread and link the thread.

I ebay bid on a WOD Key. Won it, and he then said he must refund my money, and re-do the transaction over paypal, which I should have stopped then and there, but after reading paypals protection policy, i felt I could try it safely. He's already on yalls site under a new name posting, he even linked me to the link to his ownedcore site in the skype chat.

Needless to say, my credit card now has about 61 dollars in charges, 30 waiting to be refunded, and an additional 25 waiting to be disputed on paypal. Let the buyer beware with this guy, I wish I would have done a little bit more digging before and found this post.
