Explain what happened:
I agreed to buy a Wildstar Beta Key from him for $65 USD. He sent me a request for payment which I then paid. The payment said completed on my end but he said his paypal was saying it was pending for 21 days. He said he would do a refund which would take 24-72 days to complete. I called paypal and they said he did not request a refund.

I would avoid anyone using the email abv.bg as the scammer is active on a lot of sites.
