He stopped responding on skype shortly after promising to send the original email w/ the key. After a couple of minutes of him not responding I decided he was faking me out and put in a call to WU to put a stop on my payment (approx 8 minutes had passed since I made the payment, 6 of which he was actively communicating with me). The operator on the other end of the phone couldn't seem to hear me whenever i told her what the tracking number was to put a cancel on it, then after approximately 3 minutes of her getting the number wrong, she told me that he had picked it up about 30 seconds ago and asked if there was anything else she could do for me, it was obnoxious, vaguely smug, and really a crummy feeling all around.

It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

I'm new to this and figured I'd be careful and cancel within 10 minute if it seemed suspicious, apparently 10 minutes wasn't fast enough.
