Did you use a middleman?: no

Explain what happened: I contacted "Krivis" on skype regarding the 2 hearthstone keys he was selling, he asked 30 $ for both or 20$ for one, I asked for screenshot proof with skype convo in picture that he had the key, which he provided. We then ironed our further details and he sent me an invoice for 20$ for one key, after which I would pay 10$ for the second, he received the money, asked me to share my screen to prove that I wasn't lying about the key working, after which he logged off without providing the key.

I'm gonna help you out on this one. Yes if this is who i think it is then this person has been banned multiple times on another forum that i'm Super Moderator on.

I know this person use a Proxy, atleast always on EpicNPC.com but a moderator here can check that up please.

This person always scams on Heartstone keys.

I did ask for a screenshot, which he provided, but I don't really think if he screen shared I would have realised it was a scammer. I was suspicious, but I'm a pretty new trader so I didn't trust my gut. Anyway, I had 2 questions: from your experience will I get my money back from paypal ? and do you need more info to ban him ? Thank you

Banned him already. But when you contact paypal provide them with the static ip i posted. He is making paypal accounts that end in @abv.bg and that they need to track the main paypal account that he sends it to. The abv.bg accounts are not verified so he is only making them to move the money. And provide them with the proof here that i posted and the link of the other thread. And the other sites that he made victims. If they run that ip they will see there are more accounts made on it and made by him.

Just throw as much info as possible at them. The skype conversations etc. so you got a strong case.
