Explain what happened: We negotiated price to $35 usd for Hearthstone Key. He explained he was scared to go first and said he would rather have me go first because of his forum rep. I asked him to pm me with his OC account to verify it was him talking to me on skype. We agreed I would post key in skype first and he would then pay via paypal.
After verifying the key works he says he will send payment. Few minutes after he says he has sent and logs off, but no payments have been recieved.

That's what i thought too just waiting for him to send the skype conversation with the profile too on it. So i can see the skype name.
