Explain what happened:

I msg him for 2 Boost. 1.7k-2.4k WoW RBG and 0-2.6k! He offert me to do it for 175€! I accepted and send him the Money via Paypal. He told me how it will go on and after 40mins waiting he just went offline (before we talked via Phone).The next Day i msg im again and he told me about a Internetdisconnect and he will help me to get the RBGboost i paid for. The Night before i opend a Dispute on both Payments (100€ on his Paypalaccount, 75€ on a Russian Paypalaccount). After he saw the Disputes he told me to close at least the 75€ because its for the Russianboosters and they will start doing my Boost. I closed it and waited for Response. He told me again how it will go on and after i asked for some more Information he went Offline again. The next day he told me that the RBGboostteam cant boost for another 2-3 days. because Blizzard hotfixd something. I talked with some other Boosters at same Time and they told me a Boost should be no Problem. So i waited until today. He promised me to really do the boost last night and nothing happend. So i bought my Boost from another Site...everything went fine. I told nav4321 that i did not need the Boost anymore and i accept a refund of the 100€ (even i paid him 175€) went to his Paypal. He just said "Okay, wait a moment" and went offline after 1 hour. I dont want to hurt anybody with this Thread, but im working for my Money and i cant take this!

Kindly open a dispute since the booster has agreed for a full refund if you call paypal and ask them to re-open the dispute, you'll get your money back, simple as that.
