I am starting to run out of patience. I am giving it 2 more days if the money is not returned then i am forced to take action. Ban nav4321 untill the money is returned.

Sorry it took so long. Been trying to give nav4321 new deadlines. But took way too long now and he is banned untill he returns the 75euro he owes you.

Nav4321 is unbanned i had a chat with him now he is back and the guy that handles the rbg boosting. And they both give you green light to do the dispute and let you win it. And had a chat with paypal and they are not going to give you any problems if you call them and say that the cancelled dispute was unauthorized. They will open the dispute again. They are forced to do that if the guy on the phone does not want to do that ask for his supervisor. And you can do the dispute through your creditcard company or bank if it's verified paypal.

Keep in mind that paypal will automatically close a dispute for virtual goods without contacting either party. There is no seller or buyer protection for intangible items.

If you mentioned in the dispute what it was for, they would have closed it as soon as they read it.

Its not mentioned and Nav4321 wanted me to reopen the Dispute because he want to refund the money. But it got closed.
