Explain what happened: Gave me some bullshit story about being on his phone and unable to screenshot the confirmation screen, like he did last time he sold me a key. I was stupid enough to believe him because we traded before and it went smoothly. So I then suggest we pay only half first and half after. Thankfully he agreed to it but unfortunately I am now out 35 bucks. Not as bad but it wrecks my paypals credits. Ugh. He proceeds to say it didn't show and when I sent him a screenshot of the completed action he blocks me.
