Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: I paid for the mega bundle on the 28th of June. I got told at least 5 times that in 1 hour my order will be finished. Yesterday he told me I'm the last customer and said he would finish up the order that day. I messaged him and he told me to log off my account. After a good 30-45 minutes he told me I can log in but amazon is still processing the payment so I need to relog when I get an email from amazon. Obviusly I didn't get the packs nor the money back. He hasn't blocked me on skype but he isn't responding. It seems like he

Yes it's 100% true .As i wrote to that guy there was a lot of problems not made by us but by amazon service. We apologise him i tried to make hes order ( all other also wait but they do not feel like its a problem because the expansion comming out at 7th august so atm you can't do nothing with bought thing )

Why finally i didin't end hes order ? Because he start to flame me like " If in 15 mins i do not get my packs you fu*** i will wrote everywhere you are a scammer" and things like that .
Sure he could be angry because of all that problems but we are all people and things like that can happen.

I see he past here proof of sending money but he forgot to post also that 2 days ago i refund hes money with fee's ( As in my threat i'm now on holiday and it's really hard to communicate and solve everything from here )

It is true that I started flaming him after he wasn't willing to deliver my packs. Honestly am I not allowed to fucking flame somebody after he blatantly lies into my face and just runs away with my money? Proof of the refund LMFAO, look at the picture it's clearly edited. Ohh I messaged the seller on allegro (sent him an email), and he said that this guy is an impersonator. When I asked for vouches he sent me a link from allegro with a reputable pack seller.
