Explain what happened:
I contacted Torbjorn throught skype, he was offering to sell overwatch origins account for 15$ i talked to him we negotiated and we ended up agreeing to me paying 7.5$ then he gave me the account details with security question answer to change the email and details of the account and then i pay the rest 7.5$
all went fine, the account was legit had overwatch and i played fine for a few days and paid the entire 15$ through paypal
yesterday the license for overwatch was revoked on the account, i contacted a blizzard gm through livechat to understand why it happened, he told me the account had overwatch gifted from another account and the other account that gifted it chargedback so i lost the license for overwatch
i contacted torbjorn and he wasnt willing to refund/gift me another copy of the game
