Good afternoon Ownedcore Staff,

I had a customer who purchased close to 1200$ worth of product from me a little over a month ago and are now attempting a chargeback. I have an outstanding amount of evidence against this user who has already been permanently banned on *******. I have screenshots and everything you require however due to the sensitivity of how much money this is for and the fact that this is still an active user on Ownedcore, I'd like to deal with this matter private messages between the staff of Ownedcore.

I'm relatively new to Ownedcore so I'm not sure which moderators are in charge of this part of the forums. I'll be PMing you everything that your form requests of me for you to review, again I don't feel comfortable linking this information publicly on the forums and would much rather prefer it in PM.

Explain what happened: Client purchased a large sum of keys from me towards the end of June. The proof provided below are screenshots validating the product was delivered and paid for. The client is now trying to recall the funds stating he never received the product.

do you have any proof of agreeing for the keys to be sent physically / did you agreed on any cut for recommending customers and mors importantly - did you charged back on him and if yes do you intend to give him back his money?

I'd just like to point out Cr80pro11 changed his skype name to Cr80pro11 .

The period is a common method people use to make false identity and scam people. I attached a screenshot of him changing his name so he can't scam more people and claim that his account was compromised as a cop out against this claim.
