Explain what happened: This guy purchased a service for his Diablo 3 character through our website and then a month or so later he initiated a payment reversal through his Credit Card company. We spoke to him multiple times through Skype and he assured us that it was not intended and that he will be refunding us within the next few days. But weeks went by without any refund; he ended up removing us from Skype.

The conversation is in French but you can use any online translator to translate the conversation. He tries to explain to us that they are so "wealthy" that their Credit Card company sometimes blocks payments for security purposes. He then says that if he was a scammer then he would've removed us from Skype a long time ago. And he finally says that he will be refunding us and he won't lose anything.
