i'm the manager from gaming4ez,it was Qing ming Festival in the past 3 days,the day memorial of those pasted away be-loved. i have 3 days vocation to visit the city where buried them.When i came back today,i found gaming4ez was banned,i asked the operator who ignored you,he told me that we would refund you when i am back. he did nothing wrong.
btw you are paying with paypal you're under paypal protection,whoever sell or buy virtual goods with paypal knows only buyer can scam seller,we got no chance to scam you
So i think its a misunderstanding,also the punishment is too heavy just for slow reply.
