So im not pro with paypal and this guy abuses it badly..

I wanted to sell some gold and this guy comes and tells me he wants to buy.
Now ideally i wouldnt care less about the price as long as its not ridiculously low, because im just mostly looking to not get banned, and trading with anyone whos not a known trader is the way to go (correct me if im wrong)

I find this guy on trade chat, he whispers me. saying he will buy. we talk on skype

On the invoice it reads the same thing the guy who opened the thread screenshotted.

So yeah, i got scammed. traded him the gold like an idiot, thinking the balance will be updated within the hour.
However, i did read about how to make sure i dont get scammed and got an email verification from this guy saying he will pay for given services.

so two things i want from this response is:
1. this guy is a total scammer and i hope he gets banned from everything
2. can i take it up to paypal? will they be able to help me if i give them enough evidence of a scam?

I've no idea why this dude still hasn't got a ban. Probably donated a few $$ to the website and moderators let him be (because I saw him get banned a while ago and now he's out in the open again).

I don't think you can charge him with anything via paypal, sadly. Just learn from your mistake and move on. I lost 200k to scams myself.
