Im new here , im in to trade with a guy whos account was made in 2013 ,
Im buying a key from him in general mmo section . He asks me to pay 1st ..
Whats the safe way to go.. Or any guide that can help me trading here..

this is a good read, check the persons reputation and trade feedbacks. If all trades and feed back are all within same time frame and from all new members with no rep I would stay clear.
Google their skype name with scam or scammer after their skype name if anything pops up stay clear.
