Missing 75,000 CC

I redeemed a total of 75,000 CC+ on the 15th of April and it's still showing "waiting for review" (7 days later).

The last time I redeemed CC+ they were credited within 2-3 days.

I've messaged admins so they can bring this up to whoever is responsible but I haven't heard back from any of them.

Can I please get someone to look into this?
