cypher the rules are the same all over the site, seeing as we recently saw someone post an exploit about an addon that has been known for ages.. he gained 600 rep from it, which is not what we want. imo the rep restrictions should be the same all over the site.
A good exploit is worth just as, and maybe more, to many people than a fishbot or a hack. So it is all about what area you reside in here on MMOwned.
