Idea to clear database + Appeal a ban feature

I think that if someone doesn't log into their account for a very long time their account will get deleted. If they decide they want to join again they will be allowed to. That way we can clear the database more. Also there should be an appeal a ban feature. Say if someone got key logged or something and had proof. They could just use the appeal a ban feature. If its enough proof their account will be opened again.

This may be a repost but I searched and didn't find anything.

why? because u want their name? well it is a matter of getting more money from ads the more members the website has.
