Cant load pages

i am haveing trouble getting on to the site half the time it says cannot find page and when i finnaly get it loaded the next page i try to go to it cant find for half an hour. any ideas?

Uhh...You probably going to get a warning or a 2 day ban.

if u run fasterfox, the site gets a lot of connections opened from ur browser and if u navigate too quickly, it blocks u for 10 mins thinking its a ddos, were bout to move to a new webserver soon, so it wont happen again after next week.
