Remove posts per minute threshold for Elite+

I have quite a few threads, replying to all of them quickly is becoming a task to wait 1 minute after each reply

Please consider removing the:

"This forum requires that you wait 55 seconds between posts. Please try again in X seconds."

for members who contribute and do not plan on spamming

Seems logical as spam shouldn't be an issue from high ranked members.
Unless one suddenly decides to go postal....
