Suggestion about making a section focusing on Scammers

The team at Ownedcore should make a section where people open dispute against other users that they've been scammed by, These who filing a dispute must also submit proof (Screenshots of conversation/Transaction etc..) There are 3 sub-forums, Active Disputes (People file a scam report against other members that they've been scammed from), Scammers (Scam reports that were not resolved and resulted in someone being banned) and then Resolved (Disputes that were resolved)

I've already spoken with some regarding this suggestion but i also wan't to share it here aswell.

Also there would awesome with a sub-section where you collect all threads from members who have been banned, that would frest up in the other forums.
