Where is the section for Reporting Scammers

I really feel especially with a site with a buy and sell scammers should be straight up banned not just given negative feedback.

I had a guy just recently claiming he was selling his DK. Figured it would be a nice pick up to resell for more. Anyways right after I sent him the money he logged off Skype. So I immediately disputed the payment with Paypal which locks the funds from him using it.

Sure enough 5 minutes go by and he logs back in and says his net crashed. I was fine with this and explained that if he gave me the log in info to the account so I could confirm he had it I would then remove the dispute and then he could give me the SQA and other information relevant to the account. He decided unless I removed the dispute that he was not going to give me any info.

I asked for a refund and he of course refused. In the dispute he actually disputed the charge on his end claiming that he had completed services for me. So not only did he not give me a refund he actually tried to steal my money. The kid is a complete scammer and should be straight up banned from this site.

His member name is Zitnik69. If you look him up on Google he was banned from French wow forums for scamming people as well.
