add an order and chaos section

Recently the biggest onc buy/sell/trade website had to take it off. Therefore if you add one I think you guys can get more clients adding an order and chaos buy/sell/trade section. It is just a thought and I wanted to throw it out there

Do not suggest forums for new games.. instead just post them in the general gaming section and if enough interest is shown moderators will create a section
