Additional administrative tools for non-moderators

I noticed that for many parts of the site, like the exploit sections, guides, etc, when you post a post or create a thread, there is an option to delete your post/thread either through editting or using administrative tools.

However, when your thread is closed by a moderator, all tools for editting, deleting, etc. become unavailable.

I personally like the option to remove all my previous comments/threads/posts after they lose their functionality, but when a thread is closed this is no longer possible.

It would also be nice to have the option to delete threads/posts, also in sections such as the MMO market areas as well.

Is there any chance these options can be added?


Another idea I would like to add is deleting aged threads. Posts that are 2+ years old and no longer functional.

1. This will not be added for the sole reason that the thread is CLOSED! Especially in market, we dont want this as it will be IMPOSSIBLE for us to see what has really been going on.
2. Yeah, All threads are good for SEO, even old ones. so no.
