Better Rep Addition/Subtraction Control

I don't know if this is a vb4 thing or what, but it's been bugging me for a while now and it's finally pissed me off to the point of actually writing this post.

When giving or taking rep I used to be able to select how much I wanted to modify the targets rep by via a numeric dropdown, how come I can't do that anymore? What if I think someones post is only worth +3, rather than +12, or I think their post is only worth -2, rather than -6 (or w/e, I forget what my actual rep limits are)?

Tl;dr: Restore the reputation functionality to its former glory! I want my numeric dropdown back!

find the code for it or make it for us the reputation plugin wasnt updated so apoc did a hackjob.. Find it or do the coding and we will implement it.
We talked about it yesterday in staff actually.. And it is annoying..

You have 5 rep power.
It's not hard to find out, simply look for the rep handbook or w.e its called to sum up your points.
1 rep power per year that you've been at MMOwned.

1 rp when you join.
2 after 1 year.
3 after 2.
4 after 3.
5 after 4.
